1. Non-Refundable Policy

Reservations booked under the Non-Refundable Rate require full payment at the time of booking.

Once confirmed, no refunds, cancellations, or changes are permitted under any circumstances.

In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

This policy is ideal for guests who are certain of their travel dates and wish to enjoy the best available rates.
2. 3-Day Flexible Policy

Guests may cancel or modify their booking up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to the arrival date without penalty.

Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival or failure to arrive (no-show) will result in a 100% charge of the total reservation amount.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

This policy offers peace of mind and flexibility for travelers with uncertain schedules.
3. Modification Requests

Any change to your booking (e.g., date, room type, or number of nights) is subject to availability and rate difference.

If the new dates fall under a different rate or season, the updated room rate will apply.
4. No-Show Policy

Guests who do not check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

Under both Non-Refundable and 3-Day Flexible bookings, no-shows will be charged 100% of the total stay amount.
